💸 Refund & Return Policy

At Sunset School Portraits, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review the following policies regarding refunds, retakes, and order issues.


📷 Not Happy with Your Picture?

If you’re not satisfied with your portraits and a retake date is available at your school, we’ll gladly retake your photo (Fall Portraits only).
👉 Simply bring the entire original package with you on retake day and return it to the photographer.

If no retake date is available, you may request one at our office or request a refund.

Important:
Purchases made online after images have been published for viewing are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued if the image was viewed prior to purchase (applies to online orders and or proof flyers).

📦 Missing or Incomplete Orders?

If you did not receive your picture package or your order is incomplete:

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to contact us for verification.
  • After 30 days, we reserve the right to decline claims for missing or incomplete orders.

🚫 Proof Plan & Senior Portrait Policy

We maintain a strict NO REFUNDS policy for:

  • Proof Plans (where you view your photo before purchase)
  • Senior Portraits

Once a transaction is completed (photo selected, paid for, and delivered), it is non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Disliking a photo
  • Selecting the wrong photo after delivery
  • Any other subjective reason

If we send the wrong photo (as documented on your invoice), we will send the correct one free of charge.

We are committed to working with you to replace, correct, or reprint any order that contains errors on our part.
