I wasn't happy with my picture order. Can I have a refund?
If you’re not satisfied with your portraits, and a retake date is available at your school, Sunset School Portraits will retake your photo (Fall Portraits only). Simply bring the entire package with you on retake day and return it to the photographer. If a retake date is not available at your school, you may request a refund. Please note that purchases made Online after images have been published for viewing cannot receive a refund for any reason. No refund can be made due to the fact that image was viewed prior to purchasing (Only applies to Online orders).
Complete satisfaction is guaranteed. Sunset School Portraits will refund full payment if all portraits are returned within 10 days of receipt. To receive a refund, simply return the entire package to the address below with attention:

What if I didn't receive my order or I am missing items?
If you did not receive your picture package or your order is incomplete you have 15 days from date delivered to call and have your order verified. We reserve the right after 15 days to refuse all orders that have not been thoroughly checked.
Proof Plan and Senior Portrait Return Policy
Sunset School Portraits has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY on proof plans (where you are able to view your picture before purchase) and senior portraits. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected and paid for the photo and then Sunset School Portraits sent the buyer the correct photograph) it is then considered non-refundable. If a buyer has selected and purchased an incorrect photo, he/she must notify Sunset School Portraits, before receiving the “incorrect” photograph. Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo”, selecting an incorrect photo after the buyer has already received the photograph, or any other reason. If a mistaken photo is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice, Sunset School Portraits will send the correct photo to the buyer free of charge. Sunset School Portraits does, of course, work with the customer to replace, correct, or reprint due to errors in goods received compared to goods ordered.
